About Tony Compton
I am a Townsville-based civil construction supervisor with extensive hands-on experience across subdivisions, roadworks, services and earthworks projects in North Queensland.
My background covers both operating plant and managing crews, which means I understand the work from the ground up. On site I focus on planning ahead, solving problems early and keeping communication clear between the client, contractor and subcontractors.
